I work with organizations to support their leaders through coaching. That might mean a leader stepping into a bigger role, or someone navigating a transition that calls for an outside perspective they can trust.
Most sponsored engagements run about six months, with sessions weekly or biweekly depending on what the leader needs. I work with you to tailor the cadence and focus so it actually supports what your organization is trying to accomplish.
How It Works
We start with a conversation about what you're hoping this engagement will accomplish. From there I put together a proposal specific to the leader, including scope, cadence, and cost, so you know exactly what you're investing in before we begin.
