Coaching that builds organizational capability.
Coaching Backed
by 20 Years of Leadership
I spent over two decades in leadership, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of a company I helped scale from two locations to 31 across nine states, through a sale, acquisitions and organic growth. That's the background sponsors are getting when they choose me. My experience shapes how quickly I understand what an executive is actually navigating because I have lived it.
The What
An organization is only as strong as its leaders’ ability to lead it. The executives I work with are high functioning and navigating a real inflection point where the demands of the role are outpacing their current toolkit. They are looking to sharpen things like:
Executive Communication. Communicating strategy in a way that earns real buy-in
Team Leadership. Leading in a way that their team wants to follow
Strategic Execution. Identifying priorities and executing on a strategic plan
Delegation. Building a team that can execute without them in the room
Succession Readiness. Taking on a bigger role and owning it from day one
Change Management & Integration. Leading through a change, transition, or M&A integration without losing momentum
Talent Retention. Keeping key leadership talent through periods of rapid scaling
The How
Clarity Leads to Results. Every skill on that list is built on the same three things. You can't communicate strategy you haven't gotten clear on. You can't delegate to a team you haven't built. And none of it holds if you're not steady enough to lead through the moment you're actually in.
Strategic
Your plate is overflowing, everything feels crucial, and your team isn't executing the way you need them to. Together, we get honest about what actually matters and build a plan your team can execute on.
This might look like things continually piling on your plate or not having the time or space to think.
Decisive
There are too many options and none of them are perfect. Every choice comes with consequences and you're still circling. We work through what's actually at stake until the right call becomes clear.
This might look like a hard conversation you haven't been able to move forward, competing priorities or feeling overwhelmed by the weight of a decision.
Grounded
The landscape is shifting and you need to lead well through it. You'll find your footing and show up with the steadiness your team needs from you.
This might look like a new role, an acquisition, a restructure, or a career transition you want to navigate with intention.
Why Work With Me
I know what it's like to be handed more scope than you feel ready for, to have a team looking to you for certainty you don't fully have yet. I lead through influence, not declaration, and that's how I coach too. I won't hand you a framework to memorize. I'll help you find your own clarity, so you can lead with confidence.
The Framework
Here is how we get there, the structure and touchpoints that build partnership and accountability.
-
Engagements run six months for a focused transition or decision, or 12 months for deeper, lasting change, each meeting weekly or biweekly to match the pace your organization needs.
-
I start with a targeted strategy session with the sponsor and executive to identify what is stalling progress, then align on the specific goals, deliverables, and milestones you'll be working toward together.
-
Where the organization already has an assessment tool in place, I work within it. Where a deeper read is needed, I bring my own suite, including 360 feedback, matched to what the situation calls for.
-
Sponsors and/or Stakeholders receive structured updates at set points in the engagement, so you stay informed on progress without compromising the executive's confidentiality
-
Sponsors receive a final assessment with mapped themes and progress at the close of the engagement, so the results last far beyond the last session.
The Impact
Executives walk away from this engagement with more than a sense that the work landed. A documented comparison against the goals and assessment set at onboarding shows exactly what shifted, supporting their next performance review and the organization's leadership pipeline.
