My Approach

Every engagement is tailored to where you are and what you need. Some leaders come in with a specific challenge. Others arrive with a feeling they can't quite name yet. Either way, we start by getting clear on what's in the way and where you want to go.

We begin with a complimentary discovery session before you commit to anything. This is where we get to know each other, understand what you're navigating, and decide if we're the right fit.

If we move forward, we dig in. Goal setting, honest reflection, assessments where relevant, and a midway check-in to make sure the work is landing. Throughout the engagement, I'm in your corner.

Most engagements run six months to a year as real change takes time. We meet weekly or bi-weekly, with check-ins in between. This is part of what we discuss during the discovery sessions.
